1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "7bd7" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain 7bd7.io and any associated subdomains or applications.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by a registered user on the 7bd7 platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered an Account or who accesses any part of the 7bd7 platform.
• "Platform" means the complete suite of services accessible via 7bd7.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and the Finance / Wallet module.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on any betting market, casino game, or slot title accessible through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or enhanced odds offer made available to a Player by 7bd7.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances, wagers, and transactions are denominated on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference timezone for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 7bd7 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 7bd7 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and all funds — including any deposits — withheld pending further review. 7bd7 may report underage gambling activity to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 7bd7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. 7bd7 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 7bd7. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. 7bd7 actively monitors for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed, all Bonuses forfeited, and pending balances withheld pending investigation. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact [email protected] immediately.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 7bd7 Platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 7bd7 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 7bd7 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction other than those it actively serves.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7bd7 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any Wager or transaction made through your Account while your credentials are authenticated will be treated as having been made by you, regardless of whether it was actually authorised by you. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify 7bd7 support at [email protected] without delay.

3.2 Account Verification

7bd7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a safe and responsible platform. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, before a Bonus is credited, or at any other time determined by 7bd7's compliance team. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of pending balances.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 7bd7 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 7bd7 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals and close the Account. If you request closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, you should state this explicitly so that 7bd7 can apply the appropriate responsible gaming measures detailed in Section 8 of these Terms.

3.4 Account Closure or Suspension by 7bd7

7bd7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where 7bd7 reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or that it is necessary to do so to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

7bd7 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7bd7 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. 7bd7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 7bd7.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your Account. These limits are subject to change at 7bd7's discretion and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or responsible gaming considerations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 7bd7 as promptly as reasonably practicable, typically within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended where additional identity verification is required or where a withdrawal request triggers a responsible gaming review. 7bd7 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that was not used for a deposit unless the original payment method is no longer available and the Player has provided supporting documentation.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that 7bd7 reasonably believes to be fraudulent, made using a stolen payment method, or associated with money laundering activity will be declined and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. The associated Account will be suspended pending investigation. 7bd7 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in relation to suspected fraudulent transaction activity.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 7bd7 Platform are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each market, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of any conflict between a specific market rule and these General Terms, the specific market rule will prevail. 7bd7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault, or where the result of the relevant event is subject to ongoing dispute or official inquiry.

5.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during a live event. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation notification within your 7bd7 Account. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a market suspension are void and the stake is returned to your Account balance.

5.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on 7bd7 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. 7bd7 does not control the outcome of any individual game round. Winnings from casino games and slots are credited to your Account balance immediately upon settlement. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game interface.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect odds display, an incorrect game outcome, or an erroneous credit to your Account, 7bd7 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and restore the Account to its correct pre-error state. 7bd7 will notify affected Players of any material correction applied to their Account. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes that resulted from a technical error are void regardless of the displayed result.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by 7bd7 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates as detailed in the terms accompanying each individual promotion. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general rules apply to all Bonuses: (a) Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only; (b) Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise; (c) Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value; (d) 7bd7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the full wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 Bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the Bonus-derived funds become withdrawable). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting Bonus terms, using strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent, or colluding with other Players to farm Bonus credits, will have their Bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended or closed. 7bd7 reserves the right to determine what constitutes Bonus abuse at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the 7bd7 Platform are the intellectual property of 7bd7 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 7bd7.

8. Responsible Gaming

7bd7 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We operate under the principle that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a financial necessity or a source of personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly within the 7bd7 Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single 7bd7 session. Upon reaching the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No betting, deposits, or withdrawals are possible during a cool-off period.

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false date-of-birth information during registration.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without authorisation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise any part of the 7bd7 Platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7bd7 staff or other Players through any channel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7bd7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 7bd7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7bd7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7bd7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service outages may affect Platform availability from time to time. 7bd7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

11. Privacy and Data

7bd7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 7bd7 may share your personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to operate the Platform or to comply with applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7bd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 7bd7 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will post a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect 14 days after the date of notification unless the amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 7bd7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7bd7 operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7bd7 support may be escalated through the dispute resolution process described in the FAQ section of this site.
